At Roxen Tours, we prioritize providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We recognize that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we are committed to offering a fair and transparent refund policy for our valued customers. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions and criteria:

  1. Cancellation Timeframe:
    • Refunds are eligible for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start time are non-refundable.
  2. Non-Refundable Bookings:
    • Certain bookings, explicitly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase, are not eligible for refunds.
    • This includes services offered at discounted rates, promotional offers, or exclusive packages.
  3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals:
    • Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or if the customer fails to arrive at the designated location on time.
    • In the event of late arrivals, no partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service.
  4. Force Majeure:
    • Refunds are not provided for cancellations or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.

Refund Process

We strive to make the refund process as seamless as possible. Follow these steps to initiate a refund:

  1. Submit a Refund Request:
    • Send an email to info@roxentours.com with the details of your booking, including the booking ID and reason for cancellation.
  2. Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
  3. Refund Deductions:
    • In some cases, administrative fees or charges incurred by third-party vendors may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Changes and Amendments

If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact our support team. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
